My sign-in code never arrived

Check your spam folder first; the code comes from a plain address and filters sometimes grab it. Codes expire quickly, so request a fresh one if a few minutes have passed. Still nothing? Email us and we'll sort it out.

How do I delete my account?

Inside the app: open the lobby, tap the account card, and choose delete. It works for both anonymous and signed-in accounts, and removes everything, including your desks. If the app can't reach the server, or you'd rather we handle it, email us and we'll take care of it.

What do other people see of me?

An occupied desk, a lit lamp, and whether the desk holds a laptop, a book, or a journal. No name, no profile, no messages. In private rooms, the people you invited also see the display name you chose. The full detail lives in our privacy policy.

The room drains my battery

Long sits are what Lamplight is for, so there's a leaf in the lamp's sound cluster that slows the room's motion to sip battery. Everything keeps running, just at a slower pace.
